What are the shipping options?
At this point in time Vaulted is offering shipping through Canada Post. The cost and amount of time it will take to ship a piece depends on the size of the piece.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
At Vaulted we take great care in the packaging of our products, but if you do receive a defective product we would require you to mail back the product, and after assessing the return product a refund will be processed straight away.
How do I contact your company if my question isn’t answered here?
The most easiest and efficient way to contact is is through email (firstname.lastname@example.org), where we aim to reply back within 48 hours.
Do you do custom pieces? Like customizing shoes for example?
Yes of course! If you would like to have a custom piece made, head to the book online section of the website which you can find under the title of the site at the top of each page. There is a service offered there which is a online custom piece consultation, and you can book a session with me there where we can figure out what exactly I can do for you!
